Chakra Healing For Lower Abdominal Pain

A few weeks ago, my mother got up from sleep with severe lower abdominal pain, and was crying continuously. Our dad woke us up, and told us that he would have to take her to the hospital, as the pain seemed to be unbearable. However, my mother had faith in chakra healing, which I have used in the past to cure many of her aches and pains, and asked me what ‘words’ to say, and ‘colours’ to think of.

Chakra healing is an ancient Indian system of healing that is based on a system of seven points or chakras in the body, which correspond to seven colours, sounds, properties and senses. Through my own personal experience, I have seen it cure numerous medical conditions and pains, in a short time, completely free of cost. Since I first learnt about it, and experienced its benefits, I have always recommended this form of healing treatment to others.

This post tells you how my mother’s lower abdominal pain was healed through chakra healing and meditation.

Chakra Healing and Meditation For Lower Abdominal Pain

Pain in the lower abdomen could occur due to various reasons, such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, irritable bowel syndrome, and ovarian cysts. It is more common in women than in men. Lower abdominal pain is connected to the second chakra, known as the Swadistana Chakra, which is associated with sexuality and sensuality. It has its centre in the genital area or lower abdomen, and is linked to the colour orange, hence, it is also known as the orange chakra. This chakra is associated with the sound ‘Vam’, the Ayurvedic element ‘Water’, and the sense of ‘taste’.

Problems of the second chakra generally occur when a person has certain underlying issues that disturb the functioning of this chakra. These issues include:
  • Reproduction and sexual issues.
  • Honour in relationship issues.
  • Feeling of repression or wrongness in sexual matters.
  • Greed and money issues.
  • Power issues
  • Creativity issues.
  • Blame issues.
  • Control and passion problems.
  • Ethics
  • Fidelity
  • Birthing of new ideas.
If you are suffering from lower abdominal pain, chances are that you would most probably be experiencing some of the above issues, which has caused stress that has affected your system. In my mother’s case, she was suffering from money and blame issues.

When you understand how the above problems are affecting your health, you will recognise that these issues need resolving, and you will instinctively start feeling better. At the same time, you should also practice chakra meditation and healing, to harmonise the second chakra.

How My Mother’s Lower Abdominal Pain Went
  1. I made my mother lie down in a relaxed and comfortable position, on the couch.
  2. I told her to close her eyes, and keep her body relaxed.
  3. Next, I told her to slowly breathe in and out, while chanting the sound ‘Vam’, as she breathed out (exhaled).
  4. I also told her to imagine the colour ‘orange’, especially in the area of the abdominal pain. Imagine the area glowing bright orange, and pulsating with energy.
  5. As ‘water’ is the ayurvedic element associated with the orange chakra, I also told her to imagine orange water, gushing and flowing in streams.
  6. As the sense of ‘taste’ is the sense associated with the orange chakra, I asked her to concentrate on the various tastes (bitter, sweet, salty, sour), which can be tasted from the tongue.
You wouldn’t believe it, my mother’s lower abdominal pain disappeared in about 10-15 minutes, and we did not have to take her to a doctor or hospital. Till date, the pain in her lower abdomen has not re-occurred, which is a blessing from God.

Of course, this was just a quick-fix chakra healing treatment, to get immediate relief from the unbearable pain my mother was experiencing in the lower abdomen area. Chakra healing is actually a much more complex form of meditation and healing, which you can use to improve your health.

Did you try the above chakra healing steps to heal your lower abdominal pain? What was the result, did you feel any better?

Home Remedies for Vomiting

Vomiting is a symptom of some underlying problem, rather than a disorder in itself. This post lists some common home remedies and treatments for vomiting, which you can try out to alleviate the symptom.

1. Cardamom and Honey: This home remedy for vomiting requires two green cardamoms (elaichi) and 1 tsp of honey. First, you’ll need to dry roast the cardamom pods on a flat pan (tava). Then, take a rolling pin and powder the cardamoms, before adding this powder to a teaspoon of honey. Consume this home remedy at regular intervals, and your vomiting should soon stop.

2. Lime Juice: This is another effective home remedy for vomiting. Take a glass of chilled lime juice with water (nimbu pani), and sip it slowly.

Lime juice concoctions can also help prevent vomiting, and you could try it before embarking on a sea voyage, to prevent seasickness. Take 1 teaspoon mint (pudina) juice, 1 teaspoon lime juice and ½ teaspoon ginger juice (grate and squeeze ginger). Add this to a teaspoon of honey. Drink it.

3. Ginger: A little bit of ginger tea (adrak chai) also helps prevent vomiting, and is considered to be a good treatment.

4. Honey: Add some honey to a glass of water, and drink it sip by sip. Honey is a useful home remedy for vomiting.

Did you try any of these home remedies for vomiting? Did it give you any relief?

Foot Reflexology Chart - Accupressure

Foot reflexology is a type of holistic healing or alternative medicine. It is also known as zone therapy or foot acupressure. Foot reflexology involves the application of pressure to different points on the underside of the foot, using the tips of the finger or other hand techniques.

According to reflexologists and holistic healers, foot reflexology is based on a system of zones and points, each of which is connected to a specific body part, such as the neck, liver, heart, kidney or thigh. By pressing a particular zone or point on the foot, the health of the corresponding body part has been known to improve.

For example, if you have sinus pain, you should apply pressure to the toes of your feet. Here is a detailed foot reflexology chart, which shows the points/zones corresponding to different body organs.

Foot Reflexology Chart

Foot reflexology works best if you get another person (friend or family member) to press the zones on your feet, rather than bending/ folding your leg and doing it yourself. A great way to ensure that you are always healthy, is to jog for five minutes every morning, without wearing any footwear. This ensures that all the points relating to various body parts, are pressed with the right pressure. This results in overall good health.

If you are not fit enough to jog, try walking with bare feet (shoes, sneakers, slippers, socks etc). If you are not fit enough to walk, simply sit on a bed/chair and slowly move your feet up and down over the floor, applying slight pressure as you do so.

Below is a food reflexology chart with images of the corresponding body organs, which will be helpful for people who do not speak English, and cannot read the chart above.

Another Foot Reflexology Chart

Foot reflexology is a completely free way of healing yourself, and is helpful for those who do not have the money to pay for expensive medical care. It also has no size effects, like medicines.

Benefits of Foot Reflexology
  1. It relieves pain and stiffness in muscles.
  2. It can cure symptoms such as headache, stress, asthma, sinusitis, constipation, and migraines; and prevent them from occurring.
  3. It improves the blood circulation system, and prevents damage to vital organs like the heart, liver, kidney etc.
Some medical professionals raise concerns that holistic healing therapies like foot reflexology delay the seeking of appropriate medical treatment for serious illnesses. However, it is important to note that foot reflexology works to prevent health problems from becoming serious, by providing early relief without any side effects.

Medical professionals who object to patients trying foot reflexology are usually simply trying to ensure a regular stream of income for themselves. If patients get cured quickly, how will doctors/pharma companies make money?

Chakra Healing For Diabetes - Steps

Chakra healing has helped numerous people around the world cope with a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes. If you are suffering from diabetes, give chakra healing a try. This ancient Indian method of healing is sure to give you some relief. As it is completely free-of-cost, you’ll have nothing to lose.

Diabetes is a medical condition that is usually associated with the third chakra, known as the Manipura Chakra. The third chakra is associated with Personal Power. It is linked with the colour yellow, and is also known as the yellow chakra. This chakra is also associated with the sound ‘Ram’, the Ayurvedic element ‘Fire’, and the sense of ‘sight’.

Psychological Problems That May Cause Diabetes

Problems of the third chakra generally occur when a person has certain underlying issues that disturb the functioning of this chakra. These issues include:

  • Problems regarding caring for others (whether family or friends).
  • Inability to fulfil responsibilities.
  • Lack of ability to trust people.
  • Fear of someone/something, including intimidation or bullying by someone.
  • Guilt about having said or done something.
  • Problems in career, including job stress.
  • Feelings of victimisation.
  • Concerns about personal honour, self-respect, self-esteem, confidence and sensitivity to criticism.
If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, it is possible that you may be facing a combination of the above issues. A simple way to get relief from diabetes is to understand how the underlying problems are affecting your health, work to solve these problems, and practice chakra meditation to harmonise the third chakra.

How To Do Chakra Healing For Diabetes
  1. Sit or lie down in a relaxed and comfortable position. Preferably sit cross legged, with your palms in your lap, one palm placed over the other.
  2. Close your eyes, and keep your body relaxed.
  3. Slowly breathe in and out. Concentrate on the breath of air, as it goes through your nostrils, down to your lungs, and comes out.
  4. Turn your attention to the solar plexus. This is the location of the third chakra, which is also known as the yellow chakra.
  5. Mentally envision the yellow chakra, and check if it is damaged or diseased.

  6. If it is anything less than a brilliant yellow vortex, imagine your hands working on the chakra to clean it. Imagine your hands brushing away any dirt, dust or holes, and throwing it away into a nearby bucket.
  7. When the yellow chakra is fully clean, imagine your room glowing yellow with this energy. Allow this energy to fill your chakra, until the yellowness of your chakra extends several feet out of your body.
  8. Chant the sound ‘Ram’ when you breathe out. Feel the sound vibrate to your solar plexus, as your diabetes heals.
  9. As fire is the element associated with the yellow chakra, imagine yellow fire, glowing and leaping.
  10. As sight is the sense associated with the yellow chakra, use your sense of ‘sight’ more. Go outside and observe things carefully, in the minutest detail.
  11. Surround yourself with yellow objects and fabrics, and gaze at them. Wear yellow clothes, if possible.
At first, you should do this meditation exercise for about 10 minutes, four times a day. As your diabetes condition begins to improve, you can choose to do the meditation less frequently. Many people have received relief through this ancient system of chakra healing, so please give it a try. It is completely free of cost, and has absolutely no side-effects.
