Get Rid of Tinnitus With Chakra Healing

Tired of hiring those strange sounds in your ears? Well, now you can get rid of Tinnitus by trying chakra healing, an ancient system of Indian spiritual healing.

If most people sit quietly in a totally silent space (like a sound recording studio) they may hear a slight whirring sound coming from their heads. In a normal environment (home/office), the regular sounds we hear around us usually drown out these tiny noises in the ears, and we don’t realize that they exist.

Tinnitus is a condition where a patient occasionally experiences louder noises in their ears. This could range from a hissing sound, a buzzing sound, a ringing sound, a roaring sound, a tinkling sound or an incessant humming. Some people suffering from Tinnitus also hear a strange ‘digital’ sound or the ‘TV tone’ sound. While in most cases, noises in the ears may have an underlying treatable cause, sometimes, doctors are not able to do anything to get rid of them.
Getting rid of noises in the ears

Tinnitus is a health problem usually seen in people over the age of 40. When people usually hear these sounds for longer periods on a more frequent basis, they decide to visit a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Some treatable causes of noises in the ears are wax accumulation, earache, infections in the inner ears, head injuries, auditory nerve tumours and anaemia. Patients suffering from Tinnitus also show other medical symptoms like ear pain, hearing loss, dizziness and nausea. In many cases, doctors find no cause for tinnitus, even after doing a whole lot of tests.

Getting Rid of Strange Noises in the Ears

Whether it is a buzzing, ringing or hissing sound that you hear, you can get rid of tinnitus through chakra healing. This form of healing is very simple. You just have to meditate on a colour, sound, element and sense, for about 10 minutes, around 3-4 times a day.

Well, hearing strange ringing sounds in the ear is connected to the sixth chakra, known as the ‘Ajna Chakra’. This chakra is associated with ‘clairvoyance’ or ‘clear seeing’, and it has its centre in the ‘third eye’ – which is the area of the forehead in between your two eyes. It is linked to the colour indigo blue, the sound ‘Aum’, and the ayurvedic element ‘light’.

According to chakra healing, problems like tinnitus generally occur when a person is facing certain emotional and mental problems, which disturb the functioning of the ‘ajna chakra’. Some of these issues include:
  • Truth and knowledge issues
  • Intellect issues
  • Having/lacking intuitive powers
  • Learning from experience
  • Feeling inadequate about oneself
  • Inner wisdom
  • Knowing about yourself and self-evaluation
  • Open-mindedness: accepting yourself and others
  • Listening and seeing openly
If you are experiencing ringing in the ears, chances are that you would most probably be facing one or some of the above issues. One way to get rid of Tinnitus would be to recognize that these issues need resolving, and begin practicing chakra meditation to harmonize the sixth chakra.

Chakra Healing Steps
  1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  2. Close your eyes and keep your body relaxed.
  3. Slowly breathe in and out.
  4. Chant the sound ‘Aum’ as you exhale.
  5. Imagine the colour ‘indigo’, especially in the area of your ears. Imagine this area glowing with a bright indigo light, and pulsating with energy.
You may have to do this a few times a day for a few weeks, to get rid of tinnitus completely. In addition, you should also try to solve the underlying emotional issues that are causing the sixth chakra to act up. For example, if the issue you are facing is lack of open-mindedness, try and keep your mind more open to what you are being close-minded to – whether new ideas or new people or new things or new changes in yourself.

Please let me know if this worked for you. For step-by-step chakra healing instructions and information about how it works, please read the full article about chakra healing here.

Get Rid of Stomach Cramps (Endometrial Pain) with Oats

About 8-12 percent of women are known to suffer from endometrial pain in the form of ‘stomach cramps’, which can cause a lot of discomfort. One of the best ways to get rid of stomach cramps caused due to endometriosis is to have a bowl of oatmeal every day.

Endometriosis occurs when small parts of the uterine lining get detached and begin to grow outside the uterus.According to experts, these migrating cells can cause a lot of pain during menstruation. They sometimes result in so much inflammation, that one suffers from severe stomach cramps during their periods, together with a heavy ache that may last almost the entire month.

Reducing Stomach Cramps with Oats

This may prevent one from doing the things one wants to do and enjoying life as much as one would like to. However, there is no need to worry too much about how to cure it. According to research conducted by scientists, one can get rid of stomach cramps caused by endometriosis by choosing a diet rich in oats. This sort of diet has helped reduce endometrial pain for about 60 percent of women, within a period of six months.

Getting rid of endometrial pain with a bowl of oats

The main reason for this is that oats don’t contain ‘gluten’, a protein that triggers pain and inflammation in many women, and makes stomach cramps during menstruation periods very painful and almost unbearable. I usually have a bowl of oats about three times a week for breakfast, and I can thankfully say that it has brought me relief. Together with getting rid of stomach cramps, oats also have other benefits, such as improving your complexion and keeping you healthy overall.

There are different ways to cook oats. You can have it sweet in the morning with fruits for breakfast, add it to soups to thicken it, or have a savory dish with meat for dinner. If you have decided to go for an oatmeal diet to reduce monthly stomach cramps, then please let me know about your experience and whether you got any relief, by posting a comment below.

How To Get Rid of Chilblains - Causes and Cure

I had suffered from chilblains every winter for years, and after trying and testing a wide variety of cures and remedies, here are the results of my experiments with them. This articles has information about how chilblains are caused, how to prevent chillblains, how to cure/treat chilblains and chakra healing for chilblains.

How Are Chilblains Caused?

Chilblains are caused in extreme cold conditions. Some say they are caused by leaking of blood from small blood vessels into the tissues, but there is no proof of that. According to my experience, chillblains are caused in:
  • Cold weather with strong humidity. Like on foggy days.
  • People with long toes. Stronger circulation is needed to get the blood pumping in long toes.
  • Thin people with not much fat under their skin. Fat acts like a barrier against the outside cold.
  • People with sweaty hands and feet. This dampness causes chilblains to set in.
  • People who don't wash their feet at least twice a week, and dry them. Micro-organisms and dirt do not allow the skin to breathe comfortably, resulting in chilblains.
  • Sudden warming of hands or feet after exposure to extreme cold. For example, having a hot water bath when your toes are frozen, or warming them in front of a heater.
  • Wearing damp socks in tight shoes, during foggy cold weather.
How To Prevent Chilblains
  • Keep your feet warm and dry.
  • Do not wear tight shoes, ever. For women: do not wear high heeled shoes. Wear flat, comfortable shoes that are one-size larger than your normal shoe-size. This is because shoes contract in the cold, while your feet remain the same size. Also, you'll need extra space in your shoes for thicker socks. Space is also required for the warmth to circulate, and the dampness to dry.
  • Do not stand in one position for long periods of time, like in a metro train or bus. If you have to stand, remove your shoes. Don't add any extra pressure to your feet, by squeezing them under your body to warm them, or rubbing them with force to get the circulation going.
  • Use socks made from natural fabrics like wool or cotton. Avoid acrylic socks.
  • If you have sweaty feet, remove your socks and powder your feet to dry them. Don't sit about with damp socks. Carry along another pair of socks, and change the socks if you feel you need to. Feet usually start sweating after exerting activities like climbing the stairs.
  • Do not warm your hands or feet suddenly. Avoid putting them in hot water or near a hot heater, when they seem to be frozen.
  • When you feel your feet beginning to itch, take off your socks. Especially at night. Don't sleep with socks on.

How To Cure Chilblains

There are two types of chilblains - hot chilblains and cold chilblains (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine). If your chilblained toes are feeling hot, then you have hot chillblains. Put your toes in a bowl of cold water with salt, and they will stop itching and burning, though it may take some time for the swelling to come down.

If you have cold chilblains, put your feet in a bowl of warm water (hot but not very hot) with salt. They should get better within a few days. Try both methods until you find one that works for you. If the hot water makes your chilblains worse, try the cold water trick, and vice-versa.

Other tips to stop your chilblained toes and fingers from itching and burning:
  • Rub aloe-vera gel on them. Aloe-vera creates a thicker layer around your skin and protects it from the cold.
  • Rub a piece of potato peel with salt on your skin. The itching and burning should subside.
  • Rub a piece of raw onion on your chilblains. The itchiness should go, though the swelling may not.

Chakra Healing For Chilblains

Chilblains can also be treated through Chakra Healing. According to chakra healing, different ailments are related to different emotional issues a person may be facing. On resolving these emotional issues through the recitation of certain sounds and meditation, the resulting ailment will be healed.

Chilblains are related to the 'muladhara' chakra. People who are suffering from chilblains on toes, might also be suffering from depression and lower back pain. This is usually due to underlying psychological issues such as parenting and marriage issues, correct behaviour in society, ability to provide basic needs for living, and trying to fit in with family/society. It may also be due to other issues such as tribal issues, instincts and past life issues.

If you solve these issues in your life, your chilblains should be automatically cured. You can practice chakra meditation to help you handle your life better. For treating chilblains, think of the colour red, while chanting the sound 'lam' as you breathe in and out, while meditating. This chakra is related to smell, so try to concentrate on the various scents around you while you are meditating, and start using your sense of smell, which you have most probably not being actively using. You can also surround yourself with red things. For more about chakra meditation and healing, click here.

After doing chakra healing for a few day, you'll notice your chilblains slowly disappearing.

Well, this article about chillblains is a result of my personal experience with chillblains, and my findings after various experiments conducted on some of my friends, who also suffer from chilblains during the winter. I hope this article helps people get rid of chilblains, forever!

Please let me know if you followed any of my chilblains tips, and which suggestions worked for you, by posting a comment.

Home Remedies for Backache or Back Pain

Backache can be a real pain, preventing you from doing the things you want to do, as well as those you don't like doing but have to (like going to school or working). Here is a list of some Indian home remedies I have collected to make backaches and back pains go away:

Home Remedies For Treating Backaches and Back Pains

1. Lime Juice: Lime or lemon juice can serve as a pretty effective home remedy for backache. Squeeze the juice of one lemon in a glass, and add a bit of common salt in it. Drink it about two times a day. This horrible tasting but effective solution, acts to relieve back pain quickly.

2. Potato: Raw potato in the form of poultice can be a useful home remedy to treat back pain. Just crush the raw potato or cut it into fine slices, apply on the area of the back that is paining, cover with a cloth or bandage, and tie it up. After a while, the backache should go.

3. Vitamin C: Consume citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruit and lemons, which naturally contain Vitamin C. You can also have Vitamin C tablets to get rid of back pain and backaches.

4. Garlic Oil: The application of garlic oil is another effective treatment option for back pains. Just take about ten cloves of garlic, and fry them in oil, over a low flame. Let the oil cool, before applying it on the portion of the back, which is paining. For the oil, you could either use mustard oil, coconut oil or sesame seed oil. Fry the garlic cloves till light brown, do not burn or over brown them.

Keep the garlic oil on the back for around three hours. Do this everyday for around three to four days, and your backaches and back pains will soon disappear.

Did you try any of these home remedies for back pain? Which one do you think is the most practical? Which one do you think was the most effective?

Chakra Healing For Lower Abdominal Pain

A few weeks ago, my mother got up from sleep with severe lower abdominal pain, and was crying continuously. Our dad woke us up, and told us that he would have to take her to the hospital, as the pain seemed to be unbearable. However, my mother had faith in chakra healing, which I have used in the past to cure many of her aches and pains, and asked me what ‘words’ to say, and ‘colours’ to think of.

Chakra healing is an ancient Indian system of healing that is based on a system of seven points or chakras in the body, which correspond to seven colours, sounds, properties and senses. Through my own personal experience, I have seen it cure numerous medical conditions and pains, in a short time, completely free of cost. Since I first learnt about it, and experienced its benefits, I have always recommended this form of healing treatment to others.

This post tells you how my mother’s lower abdominal pain was healed through chakra healing and meditation.

Chakra Healing and Meditation For Lower Abdominal Pain

Pain in the lower abdomen could occur due to various reasons, such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, irritable bowel syndrome, and ovarian cysts. It is more common in women than in men. Lower abdominal pain is connected to the second chakra, known as the Swadistana Chakra, which is associated with sexuality and sensuality. It has its centre in the genital area or lower abdomen, and is linked to the colour orange, hence, it is also known as the orange chakra. This chakra is associated with the sound ‘Vam’, the Ayurvedic element ‘Water’, and the sense of ‘taste’.

Problems of the second chakra generally occur when a person has certain underlying issues that disturb the functioning of this chakra. These issues include:
  • Reproduction and sexual issues.
  • Honour in relationship issues.
  • Feeling of repression or wrongness in sexual matters.
  • Greed and money issues.
  • Power issues
  • Creativity issues.
  • Blame issues.
  • Control and passion problems.
  • Ethics
  • Fidelity
  • Birthing of new ideas.
If you are suffering from lower abdominal pain, chances are that you would most probably be experiencing some of the above issues, which has caused stress that has affected your system. In my mother’s case, she was suffering from money and blame issues.

When you understand how the above problems are affecting your health, you will recognise that these issues need resolving, and you will instinctively start feeling better. At the same time, you should also practice chakra meditation and healing, to harmonise the second chakra.

How My Mother’s Lower Abdominal Pain Went
  1. I made my mother lie down in a relaxed and comfortable position, on the couch.
  2. I told her to close her eyes, and keep her body relaxed.
  3. Next, I told her to slowly breathe in and out, while chanting the sound ‘Vam’, as she breathed out (exhaled).
  4. I also told her to imagine the colour ‘orange’, especially in the area of the abdominal pain. Imagine the area glowing bright orange, and pulsating with energy.
  5. As ‘water’ is the ayurvedic element associated with the orange chakra, I also told her to imagine orange water, gushing and flowing in streams.
  6. As the sense of ‘taste’ is the sense associated with the orange chakra, I asked her to concentrate on the various tastes (bitter, sweet, salty, sour), which can be tasted from the tongue.
You wouldn’t believe it, my mother’s lower abdominal pain disappeared in about 10-15 minutes, and we did not have to take her to a doctor or hospital. Till date, the pain in her lower abdomen has not re-occurred, which is a blessing from God.

Of course, this was just a quick-fix chakra healing treatment, to get immediate relief from the unbearable pain my mother was experiencing in the lower abdomen area. Chakra healing is actually a much more complex form of meditation and healing, which you can use to improve your health.

Did you try the above chakra healing steps to heal your lower abdominal pain? What was the result, did you feel any better?

Home Remedies for Vomiting

Vomiting is a symptom of some underlying problem, rather than a disorder in itself. This post lists some common home remedies and treatments for vomiting, which you can try out to alleviate the symptom.

1. Cardamom and Honey: This home remedy for vomiting requires two green cardamoms (elaichi) and 1 tsp of honey. First, you’ll need to dry roast the cardamom pods on a flat pan (tava). Then, take a rolling pin and powder the cardamoms, before adding this powder to a teaspoon of honey. Consume this home remedy at regular intervals, and your vomiting should soon stop.

2. Lime Juice: This is another effective home remedy for vomiting. Take a glass of chilled lime juice with water (nimbu pani), and sip it slowly.

Lime juice concoctions can also help prevent vomiting, and you could try it before embarking on a sea voyage, to prevent seasickness. Take 1 teaspoon mint (pudina) juice, 1 teaspoon lime juice and ½ teaspoon ginger juice (grate and squeeze ginger). Add this to a teaspoon of honey. Drink it.

3. Ginger: A little bit of ginger tea (adrak chai) also helps prevent vomiting, and is considered to be a good treatment.

4. Honey: Add some honey to a glass of water, and drink it sip by sip. Honey is a useful home remedy for vomiting.

Did you try any of these home remedies for vomiting? Did it give you any relief?

Foot Reflexology Chart - Accupressure

Foot reflexology is a type of holistic healing or alternative medicine. It is also known as zone therapy or foot acupressure. Foot reflexology involves the application of pressure to different points on the underside of the foot, using the tips of the finger or other hand techniques.

According to reflexologists and holistic healers, foot reflexology is based on a system of zones and points, each of which is connected to a specific body part, such as the neck, liver, heart, kidney or thigh. By pressing a particular zone or point on the foot, the health of the corresponding body part has been known to improve.

For example, if you have sinus pain, you should apply pressure to the toes of your feet. Here is a detailed foot reflexology chart, which shows the points/zones corresponding to different body organs.

Foot Reflexology Chart

Foot reflexology works best if you get another person (friend or family member) to press the zones on your feet, rather than bending/ folding your leg and doing it yourself. A great way to ensure that you are always healthy, is to jog for five minutes every morning, without wearing any footwear. This ensures that all the points relating to various body parts, are pressed with the right pressure. This results in overall good health.

If you are not fit enough to jog, try walking with bare feet (shoes, sneakers, slippers, socks etc). If you are not fit enough to walk, simply sit on a bed/chair and slowly move your feet up and down over the floor, applying slight pressure as you do so.

Below is a food reflexology chart with images of the corresponding body organs, which will be helpful for people who do not speak English, and cannot read the chart above.

Another Foot Reflexology Chart

Foot reflexology is a completely free way of healing yourself, and is helpful for those who do not have the money to pay for expensive medical care. It also has no size effects, like medicines.

Benefits of Foot Reflexology
  1. It relieves pain and stiffness in muscles.
  2. It can cure symptoms such as headache, stress, asthma, sinusitis, constipation, and migraines; and prevent them from occurring.
  3. It improves the blood circulation system, and prevents damage to vital organs like the heart, liver, kidney etc.
Some medical professionals raise concerns that holistic healing therapies like foot reflexology delay the seeking of appropriate medical treatment for serious illnesses. However, it is important to note that foot reflexology works to prevent health problems from becoming serious, by providing early relief without any side effects.

Medical professionals who object to patients trying foot reflexology are usually simply trying to ensure a regular stream of income for themselves. If patients get cured quickly, how will doctors/pharma companies make money?

Chakra Healing For Diabetes - Steps

Chakra healing has helped numerous people around the world cope with a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes. If you are suffering from diabetes, give chakra healing a try. This ancient Indian method of healing is sure to give you some relief. As it is completely free-of-cost, you’ll have nothing to lose.

Diabetes is a medical condition that is usually associated with the third chakra, known as the Manipura Chakra. The third chakra is associated with Personal Power. It is linked with the colour yellow, and is also known as the yellow chakra. This chakra is also associated with the sound ‘Ram’, the Ayurvedic element ‘Fire’, and the sense of ‘sight’.

Psychological Problems That May Cause Diabetes

Problems of the third chakra generally occur when a person has certain underlying issues that disturb the functioning of this chakra. These issues include:

  • Problems regarding caring for others (whether family or friends).
  • Inability to fulfil responsibilities.
  • Lack of ability to trust people.
  • Fear of someone/something, including intimidation or bullying by someone.
  • Guilt about having said or done something.
  • Problems in career, including job stress.
  • Feelings of victimisation.
  • Concerns about personal honour, self-respect, self-esteem, confidence and sensitivity to criticism.
If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, it is possible that you may be facing a combination of the above issues. A simple way to get relief from diabetes is to understand how the underlying problems are affecting your health, work to solve these problems, and practice chakra meditation to harmonise the third chakra.

How To Do Chakra Healing For Diabetes
  1. Sit or lie down in a relaxed and comfortable position. Preferably sit cross legged, with your palms in your lap, one palm placed over the other.
  2. Close your eyes, and keep your body relaxed.
  3. Slowly breathe in and out. Concentrate on the breath of air, as it goes through your nostrils, down to your lungs, and comes out.
  4. Turn your attention to the solar plexus. This is the location of the third chakra, which is also known as the yellow chakra.
  5. Mentally envision the yellow chakra, and check if it is damaged or diseased.

  6. If it is anything less than a brilliant yellow vortex, imagine your hands working on the chakra to clean it. Imagine your hands brushing away any dirt, dust or holes, and throwing it away into a nearby bucket.
  7. When the yellow chakra is fully clean, imagine your room glowing yellow with this energy. Allow this energy to fill your chakra, until the yellowness of your chakra extends several feet out of your body.
  8. Chant the sound ‘Ram’ when you breathe out. Feel the sound vibrate to your solar plexus, as your diabetes heals.
  9. As fire is the element associated with the yellow chakra, imagine yellow fire, glowing and leaping.
  10. As sight is the sense associated with the yellow chakra, use your sense of ‘sight’ more. Go outside and observe things carefully, in the minutest detail.
  11. Surround yourself with yellow objects and fabrics, and gaze at them. Wear yellow clothes, if possible.
At first, you should do this meditation exercise for about 10 minutes, four times a day. As your diabetes condition begins to improve, you can choose to do the meditation less frequently. Many people have received relief through this ancient system of chakra healing, so please give it a try. It is completely free of cost, and has absolutely no side-effects.

Have you tried chakra healing to heal your diabetes condition? What was the result?
